She’s been dazzling everyone with her roles, from the quirky Wednesday Addams to her involvement in the Scream series, and now, she’s about to charm us all over again in Beetlejuice 2.
There’s something special about Jenna Ortega that just clicks.
This happened while she was at the 2023 Golden Globes, presenting the award for Best Song in a Motion Picture.

Rihanna, who’s been a bit MIA on the new music front, was nominated for her song “Lift Me Up” from the movie Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever.
But here’s where it gets interesting.
A TikTok user, @sugeneshin_, with a keen ear, noticed Jenna pronounced Rihanna’s name differently from what most people are used to.
Turns out, many of us have been saying Rihanna’s name wrong all this time, and the comments section was filled with people confessing they were in the same boat.
Well, Fenty Beauty, Rihanna’s makeup brand, chimed in on the TikTok post, endorsing Jenna’s pronunciation with: “Miss Wednesday understood the assignment.”
And if that wasn’t enough, Rihanna herself confirmed in an interview with Showbiz Tonight that ‘Ree-an-nah’ is indeed the correct pronunciation.
Comments ranged from expressions of embarrassment to surprise, with one person saying, “I’ve been pronouncing it wrong my whole life?!??”

Another shared, “Dang…so I’ve been saying her name wrong my whole life?!! I feel embarrassed now. I had NO idea that was how you correctly pronounce her name!”
Meanwhile a fourth commented: “Damn i always said ree-aw-nuh not ree-ah-nuh.”
And of course, there were those who claimed they’d been saying it right all along.
Adding a fun fact to the mix, some pointed out that Rihanna’s first name is actually Robyn – a little tidbit for those who might not know.
